FALL VOLUNTEER FLIER
Nathan Triathlon- Sept. 21st at Tempe Beach Park.
Race morning church/prayer service at 5:50 am, lasts 10 minutes so you'll have 30 minutes to warm up!
Start your morning off right! Look for our van and ministry tent. Volunteers needed to support the racers.

Tour de New River is an annual bike tour event in
AZ Ironman, November 23rd, Sunday. We will be volunteerting filling racer bags (Sat. 15th), as bike handlers and with ICTN at their run aid station & Air 1 radio at their bike aid station! We also will have a booth in the athlete expo. Volunteers needed to work 2-3 hours one day at the booth, Thursday 20th-Sat. 22nd. Please email for more info. Sign up online with Ironman today! AZ State Mountain Bike Series 2009. We are putting together a team to race in next spring's AZ mountain bike series representing Team FCA Endurance! Team registration is due in September of 08. Email us for more information. azmbaa site
ICTN 4th Annual Retreat! January 23-25, Tucson. Train your body and feed your soul. Our retreat brings top pro athletes, coaches, pastors & trainers from around the world to share their knowledge and take you for workouts!
Feb 27-29, 2009 Ragnar Relays- we are putting together a 12 person team for the running relay race from Wickenburg to Scottsdale! Early registration is in September ($80 per racer). We also need to have three volunteers to give 4-7 hours on the race course as well as two van drivers. Interested in running or volunteering? Email us @ jdacfoster@teamfca.com

Phoenix Huddle T-shirts
Are now available! Maroon or white, short sleeve, cotton t-shirts are $12. They have the FCA E logo in color on the front. The back has 1 Timothy 4:7-8 on it as well as the teammate logo and our web site address. 
We also have a duo dry antimicrobial running shirt in white or gray, short sleeved for $25. The front is also the FCA Endurance logo, the back asks a challenging question- "Why do you race?" & has our web address.

At 5:50 am race morning under our tent/by our van. Service lasts 10 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to warm up before the start!

After School Running Class
Workout and train for a race together!
Running drills, workouts, nutrition & core values will be covered. Parents attend free with a registered child. 9 week class meets twice a week and works up to your choice of race(s):
1 mi (kids only) run @ Ironman, Tempe on Sat. Nov. 22
2 mi/10K run on Thanksgiving in Mesa
5K on December 14th in Scottsdale
We meet Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 3:00-3:45pm at Paloma Elementary School (south of Chandler Blvd and east of Kyrene). Begins October 14th.
NO CLASS Nov. 11th or 27th.
